I finally got the ice wedge to freeze perfectly on the first try, and it slips into the glass like it was made for it—way easier than fumbling with regular cubes. The mold creates that single solid block that chills my bourbon without watering it down. Definitely a step up from my old lowball setup.

That silicone lid on the ice mold seals tight enough that I don’t get any freezer burn taste, which has been a problem with my old trays. The wedge shape fits perfectly in my rocks glasses without floating up, so my bourbon stays cold from first sip to last.
