Took this on a long hike and it was perfect for quick hydration without having to stop and dig through my bag. The cap really does make grabbing a sip between reps or on the trail super convenient. No regrets with this final sale purchase.
I wish the cap had a slight locking mechanism, but it works perfectly for quick hydration during my morning runs without any leaks.
